Graham Coull - Laboratory Manager
Graham graduated with joint honours in genetics and immunology from the University of Aberdeen in 1995. He then went on to become a research assistant at the university, studying embryology in ruminant and non-ruminant species. In 1999 Graham moved to Sweden to take up the position as clinical embryologist at Sahlgrenska University Hospital, Gothenburg. There he trained in ICSI and became the main ICSI practitioner for the clinic. In 2001 Graham moved back to the UK and became clinical embryologist at the Esperance Hospital in Eastbourne where he became HFEA ICSI licensed.
Graham joined the team at Sims as a senior embryologist in October 2003 and assists in the continued success of the Sims fertility programme.
Kelli Peirce – Senior Embryologist
BSc Hons
Kelli graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1997 with Honours in Reproductive Biology. After completing her studies, Kelli began training and quickly qualified as Clinical Embryologist at Fertility West in Perth, Western Australia.
Kelli remained in this role until 2000 when she relocated to take up the position of Locum Embryologist at the Wessex Fertility Unit in Southampton where she attained her HFEA ICSI licence. Late in 2000 Kelli returned to Perth to assist with the design and establishment of a new ART laboratory, Fertility North. Kelli assumed the role of Senior Embryologist in Charge at Fertility North in October 2000 where she was responsible for the day to day operation and management of the andrology, embryology and biochemistry laboratories, as well as implementation of ISO standards (17025/15189), quality control schemes and new legislative requirements until her departure in 2006.
Kelli joined the team at the Sims Clinic as a Senior Embryologist in April 2006.
Ivy D'Cruz - Senior Embryologist
Ivy completed her Masters in Zoology at the University of Madras, India. She also completed a Masters in Clinical Embryology from the University of Singapore in 1998. She trained in ICSI at Sydney IVF in 2003.
Previously Ivy had worked at the Madras Medical Mission Hospital, Chennai, India from 2000-2003, and at the Prashanth Hospitals, Chennai, India between 2003-2006. Ivy also worked at the Saad Specialist Hospital, Saudi Arabia in 2006 before joining the embryology team at Sims clinic in January 2007.
Sargunadevi- Senior Embryologist

On completion
of her graduation in Biochemistry and postgraduate diploma in Biotechnology in
Ma
durai Kamaraj University,India, Devi spent 2 ye
ars as a Research Assitant in
the area of Microbiology.
In 2005,after
a veterinary IVF training Devi joined Prashanth Fertility Research Centre
as a Junior Embryologist where she was trained in ICSI by the Sydney IVF
scientists. She remained in this role till 2007.
In 2008,she
moved to take up the position as Senior Embryologist in charge for two labs,
the Manipal Andrology and Reproductive Services and ANKUR infertility Clinic at
Bangalore, India.
Devi joined the team at the Sims
clinic as a Senior Embryologist in February 2009.
Frank Morgan - Embryologist
Frank graduated in Applied Biology in 1990 from the University of Ulster.
He began Working in embryology in 1991 at the regional Fertility Centre, Royal Maternity Hospital Belfast.
Frank is a member of Association of Clinical Embryology (A.C.E) and state registered UK.
Frank joined the Sims in June 2008.
Stefan Banas - Embryologist
Stefan graduated in 2003 from Slovak University of Agriculture in Slovakia. He began working in the area of Applied Biology.
Stefan had a keen interest in the area of embryology and took a post as an embryologist in October 2003 in Pronatal, s.r.o in Prague, Czech Republic.
Stefan joined the embryology team at Sims in January 2007.
